President Obama's 2013 Inauguration Highlights
Last Monday was the inauguration of US President Barack Obama. This time Obama had no hiccup in his oath taking and he appeared very confident. Let me enumerate the highlights of the US President Barack Obama's inauguration:

1) Barack Obama’s second inaugural address calling for equal rights for the gays.

"Our journey is not complete until our gay brothers and sisters are treated like anyone else under the law, for if we are truly created equal, then surely the love we commit to one another must be equal as well"

"We, the people, declare today that the most evident of truths –- that all of us are created equal –- is the star that guides us still; just as it guided our forebears through Seneca Falls, and Selma, and Stonewall."

2) President Obama gets sworn in for the second and last time placing his hand over two bibles: one used by Martin Luther King Jr. and another bible belonged to President Abraham Lincoln.

3) Kelly Clarkson's performance of "America (My Country ’Tis of Thee)."
