Here are the ingredients of the avocado smoothie that is good for 3 servings:
1) 1 avocado
2) 3 tablespoon of sugar
3) 1 cup of skim milk
4) 1 cup of ice
1) Cut the avocado in half then scoop everything except for the huge seed. Some like to peel the skin but I prefer to just scoop it with the help of a spoon.
2) Pour the avocado in the blender then mix the sugar, milk and ice.
3) Set the blender to high then wait for it to have a smooth texture. If you notice that it's a bit thick, add water then blend again.
If you're health conscious, avocado is the right fruit for you. Avocado is a best source of Vitamin E that promotes against diseases. It also helps to lower cholesterol, promotes heart and eyes health and prevents breast and prostate cancer.
Avocado smoothie is best served during hot weather!
