Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Yesterday night, I was able to make my second attempt of the avocado smoothie. It was somehow better than my first try with the help of my recipe research on YouTube.

Avocado Smoothie Recipe in blenderHere are the ingredients of the avocado smoothie that is good for 3 servings:

1) 1 avocado
2) 3 tablespoon of sugar
3) 1 cup of skim milk
4) 1 cup of ice


1) Cut the avocado in half then scoop everything except for the huge seed. Some like to peel the skin but I prefer to just scoop it with the help of a spoon.

2) Pour the avocado in the blender then mix the sugar, milk and ice.

3) Set the blender to high then wait for it to have a smooth texture. If you notice that it's a bit thick, add water then blend again.

If you're health conscious, avocado is the right fruit for you. Avocado is a best source of Vitamin E that promotes against diseases. It also helps to lower cholesterol, promotes heart and eyes health and prevents breast and prostate cancer.

I love avocado especially shakes but I can't take it just scooping fresh from its peel, love the coca cola glass btw

It looks so delicious! I just had this last night. My recipe was just condensed milk and ice. And it was still good, my family loved it too!
