Absentee Voting Registration in Singapore
Filipinos in Singapore who want to vote in the upcoming 2013 General Elections, you can go start registering at the Philippine Embassy if you qualify to these requirements.

1) Born on or before 13 May 1995
2) Intends to vote in Singapore during the 2013 Elections

Make sure to prepare the following documents for hassle free registration:
1) Signed registration form
2) Physical and photocopy of your Philippine passport
3) Physical and photocopy of your valid work pass
4) Seaman’s Book (for seafarers)
5) Oath of Allegiance (for dual citizens)

Registration at the Philippine Embassy is open from 8:30AM to 12:30PM and 1:30PM to 5:30PM until October 31, 2012.

If you don't have time to visit the Philippine Embassy, registration is extended to the following venues in Singapore:

August 12 (3-7PM) St. Vincent De Paul Church, 301 Yio Chu Kang Road
August 12 (4-5PM) Overseas Skills Program, #03-13 Lucky Plaza
August 26 (1-5PM) St. Andrew's Cathedral, 11 St. Andrew's Road

The Philippine Embassy can also conduct a mobile registration to your office or church if you have at least 30 guaranteed OAV registrants. Kindly send your inquiry at php@pacific.net.sg with the subject "OAV Mobile Registration."
