OEC Application in Singapore Queue Limit

Notice to all Filipinos in Singapore who wants to get their OEC at the Philippine Embassy at Nassim Road. The embassy has implemented the regulation of the number of applicants for the release of the Overseas Employment Certificates or OEC. This will take effect starting Sunday until further notice.

Take note that in the morning only 400 queue numbers will be given starting 8:30 AM while the next 250 queue numbers will be given for those applicants in the afternoon from 1:30 PM.

This move by the embassy is to help limit the volume of people visiting the embassy. The Philippine Embassy usually during Sunday is very crowded as this is the only free day Filipinos can visit the embassy.

The embassy is encouraging the public to visit the embassy on weekdays and avoid the ever crowded Sunday schedule. It is also recommended not to bring your whole clan in the embassy as there is literally no space.
