Smoking Areas in Singapore To Be Extended
Good news to non-smokers in Singapore, starting this month the smoking ban has been extended to more public places. Yipee!

Included in the banned areas are the common corridors, void decks, staircases within residential areas and bus shelters with a radius of 5 meters.

With these additional banned areas, strict enforcement should take place. It really bugs me to smell smoke at bus stops and even the lobby at the office. I just hope this will be a wake up call to those who smoke. Not only it costs a lot in Singapore but it kills you!
