i always defrost my frozen meats in the fridge the day before i cook them. glad to know im doing the right thing.

I always defrost meat every time i cooked meal for my family. I always put them in the microwave to thaw them out immediately. Or let them thaw by putting them inside the fridge for hours. After watching the video, I'm glad I'm doing it right!

Thank you for sharing this one Makoy! This is very helpful to everyone. I always like to thaw my fish in water in the sink when I don't have enough time. And yes, I do these things to thaw meat, poultry and fish. :)
