Finally, I have watched Wicked The Musical yesterday at the Marina Bay Sands Grand Theatre. It was my first time at this venue and I was a bit displeased inside the theatre. The lobby though looks posh and classy. I got the discounted tickets via Showbiz Asia's Paypal promo and it was a bit far for me.

The set was eye catchy and of course the songs from the musical are awesome. Some of which I have heard from Glee and Lea Salonga. There were parts of the musical that are boring that in total, it was a great show. I was impressed with the characters Galinda and Elphaba. They can really hit the high notes even they are suspended up high.

I just realized that it's been a long time since my last musical, which was Chicago in May 2010. Hopefully for 2012 I will have the opportunity to watch more musicals. Phantom of the Opera please!
