My 4 Kilometers Run
Yesterday I have started running a way bit farther than I'm used to. This is still in preparation for the fun run this this coming Sunday. I know I am being over the top but I want to be in top shape. I want to finish the race without gasping for air. Anyway, I was glad to finish the 4 kilometers stretch which is twice of Yishun Park.

After the run, I was so exhausted. I went to rest for a bit then went to hear the 11:45 mass. I was sleepy though during the mass. After the mass, I went to Northpoint where I had lunch at Mc Donald's. By the way, on my way to Northpoint, I saw again this blind Singaporean while singing the Chinese version of Freddie Aguilar's "Anak." It just made me proud to be a Filipino even with the current situation in Hong Kong.

Here is the clip of that talented Singaporean.

Back to my running, I was so surprised to see this evening at the gym that I actually have a bruise on my knee. Apparently, my knee is not that happy with the 4 kilometers run.
