From an interview, the cast of Glee are hopeful that Justin Timberlake can guest in their show. That would indeed be a blast if Justin will sing with them.
Anyway, aside from the song of Madonna, you can expect songs from Lady Gaga, Steve Perry, Aerosmith and Billy Joel.

What you are talking about is still Season 1... It's the second half... First Half is The Road to Sectionals while the second half is Journey to Regionals... Episode 15 is The Power of Madonna and Neil Patrick Harris was seen on "Dream On" episode...
