Spaghetti ala Makoy, Chona and Jojo photo
I will start this post with a birthday greeting to my friend Karla.  We had a blast at Sentosa yesterday where we enjoyed riding the luge.  I have finally watched "Songs of the Sea."  Woot!  I have recorded it by the way.  I will definitely post the three parts of the recording soon.

After our Sentosa get away, we were invited on the spot by Karla to go to their place (and to cook, huwat).  We said yes and we bought some spaghetti ingredients at Giants.

Anyway, I was the head chef with my two assistants Chona and Jojo.

Spaghetti ala Makoy, Chona and JojoHere are the ingredients:

1.  ground pork
2.  chopped onion and garlic
3.  hotdogs
4.  2 big cans of tomato sauce
5.  UFC banana catsup (plugging)
6.  salt, pepper and sugar
7.  fish sauce
8.  oil and water
9.  grated cheese

Here are the simple instructions:

1.  Boil a water with salt and oil.  Pour in the noodles then mix once in a while.  Taste the noodles to see if its aldente already.  Wash the noodles with water then add some oil to it.  Use your hands, it's fun.  Oh wait, we didn't wash our noodles.  Hahaha.
2.  On a separate pan, sautee the garlic, onion and the ground pork.  Add some salt, pepper and fish sauce.
3.  Pour in the tomato sauce, some water and half of the banana catsup.
4.  Mix the hotdogs then add the grated cheese.
5.  Taste the sauce.  You can either add, sugar, salt and pepper depending on your taste.  I prefer my spaghetti to be sour.

Simple, right?
