My Abs and My Low-Carb Diet

Posted on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 Last week, I have skipped writing about the status of my gym work out. So far, I have maintained my weight at 137.04 lbs. Last night, I went to the gym but I forgot to weigh myself. Then I forgot to weigh myself at home. Maybe tonight I can do so.
Anyway, I am still disappointed with my tummy. It’s still big and I have to do drastic changes to make my tummy smaller. Starting yesterday, I have trimmed down my rice intake and hopefully with more sit ups I will have a killer abs. It’s just upsetting me that the people at the gym have nice chest and abs. Wait another month and I will have that. Haha.
Aside from my food intake, I will now drink non-fat milk instead of fresh milk. Damn, non-fat milk tastes bad compared to fresh milk. And lastly, I will try to sleep early.
