Crazy Old Man at the MRT
Do you like this story?
Posted on Saturday, August 29, 2009 Thursday morning was a bit odd for me. I woke up around 7 A.M. and had decided to adjust my wall clock five more minutes earlier since I am always late at work. I went on with my usual deeds then went on the bus stop.
At the MRT, I was very pleased that I was able to seat. For two days already from Yishun to my work I was standing. And to add more casualties to the pain from standing so long, I also suffered from leg cramps. Back to my MRT ride, there was this old Chinese guy in his late 50s entered the train with his red plastic bag. Since there were no more seats, he just stood next to the rail and minutes later people stared at him. He started talking in Chinese by himself. Since I cannot understand him I just ignored him. Anyway, if I can understand him I will still ignore him.
He continued with his story telling then one magical thing happened. He went singing in Chinese with matching dance number. I think he did better than Heidi Montag hahaha. After two stations, someone alighted then he sat down. Thank God he stopped singing then a minute he went back to this old position then went again with his singing and dancing. I have thought of recording him but I’m afraid he would confront me. Haha.
After one station, he alighted. But before alighting, guess what he did. He just waved goodbye to everyone. Haha.

Haha. That's a bit weird and scary.
Btw, I'm surprised to know that you're in Singapore too! I've been reading your site (sa .cjb pa!) since 2003. Keep it up! =o)
