I cannot remember anymore when did I cook this recipe. What I can remember was it tasted crunchy and yummy. Anyway, here are the ingredients to my crunchy beef tapa:1. beef cut into thin strips
2. garlic
3. salt and pepper
4. vinegar
First, in a separate bowl, mix the vinegar, crushed garlic and some salt and pepper. Marinate the beef in the vinegar mix overnight. On a frying pan in low heat, grill your marinated beef. You can either toast it or make it the usual tapa style.
For the dip, mix some vinegar, salt and chili.
