Vitamins and Swimming

Vitamins in SingaporeI was again on blog leave yesterday. My way now of distracting myself out of the Internet world. Anyway, I would like to share that this past two days that I have been coming in the office very early. Yipee! I have realized that I should be punctual as always to make a good impression to my employer. I just hope I can stick to this "punctuality."

Anyway, yesterday I finally run out of Vitamins C. I had by the way two bottles of Vitamins C and Multivitamins left over from the Philippines when I migrated here. I think it was the other week that my Multivitamins also run out. I don't have plans of buying medicines here in Singapore since it costs a lot. But lately I have noticed that my eyes are twitching again (a sign of lack of B-complex according to our Company Doctor in the Philippines) and I am not feeling that good. Today after work, I have decided to buy Multivitamins and a separate bottle of Vitamins C. The lady Singaporean from the pharmacy was very nice to help me out and even gave her opinion on what brand is best. I still picked the cheapest brand with great benefits though. It's just sad that just for a bottle of Multivitamins and two bottles of Vitamins C (buy one, take one), my bill amounted to $29.85. Anyway, my health is important to me.

Speedo swimming trunksSpeaking of health, before buying the health pills, I went to the Sports Store and have finally tried the Speedo swimming trunks that I like. I tried two sizes, size 30 and 32. Size 30 was a snug fit I think. I just hope I do look great on it. The trunks costs $35 by the way. Aside from the trunks, I also bought goggles, which is around $16.

Tomorrow, after lunch I will go swimming. I'm very excited about that. I just hope the public swimming pool is nice and clean. Will post some pictures tomorrow. See yah Michael Phelps on the pool.
